Postby HostDave » Mon Aug 26, 2013 8:25 pm

Prestige Cruise Holdings' two upscale cruise brands, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, took top honors at the Virtuoso® Gala Awards in Las Vegas for the third year in a row. Virtuoso travel advisers named Oceania Cruises as "Best Premium/Contemporary Cruise Line" and Regent Seven Seas Cruises as "Best Luxury Cruise Line."

Virtuoso, the leading international luxury travel network, revealed the winners of its prestigious 2013 Virtuoso Supplier Awards on August 15 during its 25th annual Virtuoso Travel Week.

In addition to taking top honors this year, Oceania Cruises won "Most Innovative Cruise Line" in 2011 and "Best Premium/Contemporary Cruise Line" in 2012. Regent Seven Seas Cruises has won "Best Luxury Cruise Line" three years running.

Commenting on Prestige Cruise Holdings' sweep of the top awards, Chairman and CEO Matthew D. Upchurch, CTC, said, "Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises represent the best of the best. Their exceptional product offerings, along with the level of service our travel advisors receive, ensure that our members' clients are extraordinarily pleased with their cruising experience time and time again. Congratulations to the teams at Prestige Cruise Holdings and well-deserved."

"We are thrilled and honored to win these prestigious awards for the third year in a row," said Kunal S. Kamlani, president of Prestige Cruise Holdings. "The recognition is particularly special as it comes directly from the more than 7200 advisers who work with the 335 member agencies of the Virtuoso family who entrust us to deliver dream vacations to their clients every day."
