Seven Seas Mariner assumes Regent's 2020 world cruise

Postby HostDave » Sat Jul 15, 2017 2:32 pm

Regent Seven Seas Cruises' 2020 world voyage will travel 131 nights round-trip San Francisco on Seven Seas Mariner.

The trip, which begins Jan. 24, spans 33,870 nautical miles across 11 seas in three oceans. Seven Seas Mariner will explore South Pacific islands, India, the Arabian Peninsula, the Mediterranean in springtime and the Caribbean and Central America in early summer.

The ship will visit 30 countries on six continents, with access to 36 UNESCO World Heritage Sites among the 66 ports, 13 with overnight stays.

In line with its highly inclusive pricing, RSSC offers a choice of up to 330 included excursions. An exclusive, pre-cruise gala dinner at the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco and three additional shoreside events—in New Zealand, Singapore and Tuscany—are provided.

RSSC president and ceo Jason Montague noted Seven Seas Mariner takes over the world cruise from Seven Seas Navigator, the line's most intimate ship, which is operating Regent’s 2018 and 2019 world cruises. The 700-passenger Seven Seas Mariner will complete an extensive drydock refurbishment in April 2018.

Travelers on the US East Coast have the option to embark the 2020 voyage on Jan. 6 and sail round-trip from Miami. Those who do so will get a one-night, pre-cruise luxury hotel stay in addition to all the perks of those embarking in San Francisco.

Full-voyage travelers get free round-trip first-class air, unlimited laundry service, door-to-door luggage service, a comprehensive visa package and on-board medical service. These are in addition to excursions, Wi-Fi, beverages including fine wines and premium spirits, specialty dining, prepaid gratuities and ground transfers between airport and ship.

Bookings open July 20. An e-brochure is available here: https://www.rssc.com/ebrochures/2020_WorldCruise/
