Jingle Cruise Coming to the Magic Kingdom

For the Christmas season Disney’s famous Jungle Cruise ride will be transformed into the Jingle Cruise at Disneyland and at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, making this the first ride in Florida to be given a holiday makeover. (Note: The Florida park has so far resisted any and all initiatives to try out any of the Halloween or Christmas holiday makeovers that have become very popular at Disneyland such as Small World Holiday, the Nightmare Before Christmas Haunted Mansion makeover or Space Mountain: Ghost Galaxy.)
According to the Disney Parks Blog the Jingle Cruise will launch in early November at both parks with a new storyline about how the Skippers have become homesick for the holiday season, and added new seasonal decorations to the queue and boathouse, as well as all new jokes to be told during the tour. Even the boats will be renamed for the holiday season.
