American Queen Steamboat Company, operator of America’s most opulent and luxurious paddlewheel vessels, is preparing for the 2016 season with a new brochure currently arriving in loyal guest and valued travel agent mailboxes.

The new 76-page brochure highlights the upcoming fifth season of the U.S.-flagged river cruise line and its iconic American Queen and American Empress riverboats, the only member vessels of Historic Hotels of America.

With stunning new photography, the brochure highlights award-winning shore excursions, detailed sample dining menus, themed voyages, two Mighty Mississippi Voyages stretching between St. Paul and New Orleans and new Commodore River Butler Service. Guests can begin planning their 2016 holiday on the American Queen and American Empress exploring the waters and towns throughout the Heartland of America and Pacific Northwest.

“We are eager to begin the upcoming 2016 season, offering our guests new and exciting services, amenities and voyages,” shares American Queen Steamboat Company President and COO Ted Sykes. “With newly unveiled additions to our fifth season operating the American Queen, we hope to welcome new travelers as well as familiar faces onboard both elegant boats exploring America’s most beautiful rivers.”

Highlights in the new 2016 season brochure include:
