Luxury Travel Network Selects AmaWaterways as its River Cruise Line of Choice

Chatsworth, CA - (Aug. 23, 2012) - AmaWaterways is honored to win the 2012 Virtuoso® Supplier Award for “Best River Cruise Line.” The annual conference and gala, newly renamed Virtuoso Travel Week, was held on Aug. 16 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. The recipients of the annual awards were voted on by Virtuoso agents and recognized as the best suppliers in luxury travel for 2012.

The gala, “A Night of Style,” was hosted by Virtuoso Chairman and CEO Matthew Upchurch, CTC and Virtuoso President and COO Kristi Jones, CTC. Hosted by Saks Fifth Avenue Las Vegas, the evening featured dinner and an award presentation.

“We are extremely proud to be a partner that Virtuoso agents can rely on,” said Gary Murphy, AmaWaterways’ vice president of national accounts. “AmaWaterways is committed to providing your clients with the best service, amenities and experiences and we look forward to growing together.”
