New Member Approvals

All new members must be approved before they may post to the forums. This is done to prevent spamming, not to keep dissenting opinions from joining the discussions. The ONLY reason a new member will be denied access at this time is if he/she appears to be joining the site solely to advertise a product or another website.

New members are usually approved within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification when you have been activated. If you have not heard from us and/or your account is deleted, your application was rejected. If you feel this was done in error, please contact us for reconsideration.

The following are routinely rejected and banned:
- IP addresses located in countries known to originate spam, such as Romania, China, and all former Soviet block countries.
- Members with free email accounts, particularly gmail, will receive extra scrutiny and may take longer to approve.
- Any IP, email or username listed on anti-spamming services (we check ALL new members against this list.)

If you feel you might be rejected for any of the above reasons, please contact the administrator before signing up and he will create your account for you. If you have already been deleted, you may sign up again using the SAME email address.

Each member may have only ONE account. If you have inadvertantly or purposely signed on with more than one email address, all of your accounts may be deleted and banned. Notify an administrator to select one account you want to keep to avoid losing all access.
